There's a feeling you've been pushing down because there's never a good time to feel it. Today, we make time. This emotional healing meditation gives you full permission to feel what you've been carrying — without judgment, without rushing, without having to fix anything.
In this session, you'll be guided gently into the center of your chest, where emotions are stored in the body. Through breath, soft visualization, and compassionate stillness, you'll begin to loosen what's been held tight for too long. A garden visualization helps you see your pain not as damage — but as proof of everything you've survived and grown through. This practice is for anyone who absorbs, overthinks, caretakes, and pushes through — and desperately needs to be told: you are allowed to feel this.
